Attorney Ouyang is an outstanding legal professional renowned for her expertise in real estate, commercial litigation, and immigration law. With a rich background in resolving complex disputes, Ms. Ouyang focuses on handling various legal matters, including: Dispute resolution in real estate-related fields and investment and financing areas.

Real Estate: Ms. Ouyang excels in handling disputes arising from residential and commercial real estate transactions, such as undisclosed information and fraud issues, as well as real estate investment disputes and landlord-tenant conflicts. She also demonstrates excellence in resolving disputes arising from construction projects, including unpaid contractor fees and construction defects.

Immigration Law: Ms. Ouyang's immigration practice covers a wide range of services, including investment immigration (EB5), extraordinary ability immigration (EB1), national interest waiver (EB2), employment-based visas (H), and family-based visas. Her profound understanding of immigration law enables her to confidently and accurately guide clients through the complex U.S. immigration system.

Ms. Ouyang is licensed to practice law in New York, Colorado, and California, bringing a global perspective to her legal practice. In addition to her extensive legal experience in the United States, she also holds a legal qualification to practice in China, further enhancing her ability to serve diverse clients. Fluent in Mandarin, she provides personalized legal consultation for clients who prefer to communicate in their native language.

Ms. Ouyang is known for her collaborative and innovative approach to solving legal issues, always prioritizing the best interests of her clients. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys writing novels, cooking for her family, and traveling for skiing.

Marjorie Ouyang

Attorney Zhou is an insightful lawyer with a steady yet flexible style. He values communication with clients and can precisely grasp the pain points of cases, thereby formulating customized and powerful legal solutions for clients. Before co-founding ALIOTH LAW LLP in the United States, Attorney Zhou worked at the Hong Kong office of Linklaters LLP, one of the top Magic Circle law firms in the UK, and in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley, a top Wall Street investment bank, in Hong Kong. He has been deeply involved in numerous capital market transactions and has profound industry experience and understanding of listing, mergers and acquisitions, and equity transaction-related businesses.

Attorney Zhou never shies away from new challenges and is always eager to hone his skills in areas where clients have pressing needs. After leaving Morgan Stanley, Attorney Zhou keenly perceived the frequent intellectual property litigation issues in cross-border transactions and quickly established his expertise in this field. He has represented dozens of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in dealing with litigation and fund freezing issues they face in federal courts such as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. In these litigations, Attorney Zhou excels at employing the flexible business thinking and negotiation skills honed during his investment banking career, combined with his outstanding legal writing abilities, to achieve the maximum interests of his clients. To date, the typical cases Attorney Zhou has concluded include:

24-cv-01793 Converse Inc. v. Schedule A (Converse trademark infringement case, over $60,000 frozen, with actual sales. Despite extremely unfavorable case facts, negotiated a $25,000 settlement for the client)
24-cv-02299 Nike Inc. v. Schedule A (Nike trademark infringement case, about $50,000 frozen, unfavorable case facts, settled for $15,000 after multiple rounds of negotiations)

Attorney Zhou obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics; in 2018, he obtained a Master of Laws degree in Common Law (LL.M. in Common Law) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong; in 2020, he obtained a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley.

Tony serves as the Chief Operating Director at Alioth Law, where he oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, nurtures client relationships, and enhances overall efficiency.

Before joining Alioth Law, Tony held a leadership position at a boutique law firm in Los Angeles. In that role, he was responsible for managing daily operations, establishing compliance procedures, and building high-performing teams. Tony consistently identified operational challenges early, helping to prevent potential losses for the firm.

Tony thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and has a proven track record of scaling companies and teams from the ground up. At Alioth Law, he works closely with the partners to ensure that the team consistently delivers top-tier services to clients.

Tony Ma

Ms. Zhang has a well-rounded practice in corporate transactions involving emerging companies throughout their lifecycles. Her practice focuses on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, strategic corporate transactions, as well as general corporate counseling. Ms. Zhang represents a wide variety of technology companies and venture capital firms. Ms. Zhang understands the complexity of the various legal issues facing emerging companies and investment entities and dedicates to delivering high-quality and solution-focused services to clients in need.

Represented investors and start-up in dozens of preferred stock and convertible securities financings in Silicon-Valley based corporations, dollar sizes typically ranging from millions to tens of millions.

Represented a medical device company, as the buyer, on its proposed purchase of a Washington-based company via a reverse triangular merger, considerations including cash and warrants.
